What an awesome experience it has been for our students.
The students of Manava Bharati India International School participated in the SPIC MACAY Uttarakhand State Convention from 1 sept to 3 sept 2023.
The 3 days cultural and heritage convention took place in The Unison World School. Over 1500 students from across the State participated in the convention. The idea was to introduce the students to various cultural dance, music, art and create awareness about our heritage. Sharing is the best way to preserve our culture and that helps enriching the lives of others by inventing diversity. It is important to preserve our culture and heritage before it is too late.It is our duty to keep it for posterity sake. More over it will be a great opportunity for the next generation to know and learn about the past and the roots we inherited.
Our students participated in workshops for different art forms like Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Hindustani Vocal, Tabla, Sanjhi Paper Cutting and Thanka Tibetan Art and many other. The students got the opportunity to learn from esteemed gurus. The Students who participated are:
