Today an introductory session of Book Club was held. This book club is formulated in association with Booknerds and students from classes 6th , 7th and 8th participated who really are reading enthusiasts.
The session started with a little discussion on what readings students can take up in their upcoming summer vacations and a reading log was given to its members. They were requested to maintain this reading log throughout their vacations and make entries of all the books they read during this period. Further, the club took on a reading and discussion session where the first chapter of Rusty , one of the most famous book by Ruskin Bond was read by all.
The session came to an end where students were briefed about the reading expectations for the next meeting in July once schools re open.
