The Book Reading Club of Manava Bharati India International School always encourages and motivates its students providing a congenial environment to read books of all genres. Its mission is to inculcate book reading habits among all students.
Students from classes VI to VIII are part of the BOOKNERDS CLUB, Dehradun where they are motivated to read a variety of books.
On 30 October 2022, Book nerds celebrated its community award ceremony. There, it honoured some readers who have been part of the club for years. Manava Bharati India International School was awarded the “SCHOOL OUTREACH PARTNER OF THE YEAR.” Two of our students, Devansh Panwar –VI B and Ishika –VI A attended this event and received the award. Booknerds Club has acknowledged in its meetings held in our school, the active participation of some avid readers like Aditi Bhargava-VIII A, Anukriti-VIII A, Shourya Verma-VIII A and Mahira Rawat-VIII B.
In its endeavour to impart a holistic learning for the students, our school encourages every student to be good readers. The Booknerds award will further motivate our students to become book lovers and spend more time in the company of books.
