Diwali is a festival of lights celebrated by people all over India and even various parts of the world. It is a symbolic victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil.
Today at Manava Bharati India International school, a “fancy dress show” was organised for the students of pre-primary i.e. PG, Nursery, KG and Class 1.
The theme of the show was “MYTHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS“.
The students were dressed as various deities like Goddess Saraswati, the Demi God – Agni, Goddess Durga, Goddess Ganga, Goddess Parvati, Goddess Radha, Mata Sita, Goddess Mahakali, Lord Ganesh, Lord Vishnu, Lord Ram, Goddess Laxmi, Lord Shiva, Lord Krishna, Lord Hanuman, Demi God – Surya, Bharat Mata, Matsya Avatar of Lord Vishnu, Lord Bhrama, and Ravana.
They got to know about the unknown facts, Hanuman Stuti etc. They received an insight into mythology and its spiritual importance. Students participated with extreme enthusiasm and zeal.
