Today the students of classes 6th, 7th and 8th visited Virasat held at B. R. Ambedkar Stadium, Dehradun. They participated in various art and craft workshops.
Students took keen interest in Rangoli, Madhubani art and clay modelling and tried their hands at it. It was all done under expert guidance and in the supervision of school teachers. They all were very thrilled to participate in these workshops and students of clay modelling also carried a l paper weight with them back home.
It was a good exposure for the students and art and craft should be promoted amongst the students at an early age so that they can carry this beautiful concept ahead.
The teachers to accompanied the students were Ms. Vinita Pandey, Ms. Jasleen Kaur and Mr. Vipin Kumar.
